How to set up the SMTP settings for your Bitrix24 CRM

Getting started with Coresender

Before you send your first email with Coresender, you need to add a sending account and verify your domain.

Here’s a quick guide to setting up your Coresender account.

Configuring Coresender SMTP and Bitrix24

  1. Login to Bitrix24 and click on CRM > Settings > Email > Email Templates > Add Email Template

  1. Click on Default sender ("From") > Add sender > provide SMTP server information, type in the details and click GET CODE

Use the following credentials:

Name:use the name you want to show in your message. Email:use the email address you want to show in your message. Server:smtp.coresender.com SMTP Port:465 Use SSL:Yes Login and Password:type in the Username and Password you found in your Coresender panel.

IMPORTANT: You can only use the domain that has been previously verified.

  1. Check the email sent to you from Bitrix24, copy the confirmation code, paste it into the window that pops up automatically and click Save.

Congratulations! Your CRM is now configured to use SMTP.

NOTES:

By default, your email restriction is 1000 emails per day, to start with. For details on how to increase your limits please refer to your Bitrix24 documentation.
