What happens if I don’t exhaust my monthly sending limit?

All email quotas expire at the end of every billing cycle and the monthly sending limit starts over.

If I upgrade my plan, do I get billed twice in the same month?

If you upgrade during your billing cycle, you will get charged for the higher plan and we won’t be able to issue a refund for your previous payment.

Do the displayed prices include or exclude taxes?

The prices featured on our website do not include VAT.

Do non-profits get a discount?

Sure. Just contact our support and we can work out something special.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Can I send more emails than my monthly plan allows?

Yes. At the end of the billing cycle, all the extra emails are calculated and included in your fee.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No, you don’t need to sign any contract with us for Silver, Gold and Platinum plans. For Enterprise plan we prepare a custom agreement which is a form of a contract.

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with your service?

Every plan offers a trial period so you should be able to get to know the service well enough. However, if you’re not satisfied with our service before your first billing cycle is over, please contact our support.
