Information clause for Users and Newsletter subscribers

1. The Administrator of your personal data is Global Email Solutions Ltd based in London, 690 Kingston Road, SW20 8DN, United Kingdom with registration number 10696894. You can contact the Administrator by mail at the abovementioned addresses or via email address: privacy@coresender.com.
2. Personal data is processed:
   1. to conclude and implement Contracts concluded with You (pursuant to art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR);
   2. for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, i.e. for analytical and statistical purposes and to ensure IT security (pursuant to article 6 section 1 letter f of the GDPR);
   3. to send commercial information, including a Newsletter (pursuant to art. 6 section 1 let. f GDPR).
3. Recipients of the data are authorized employees of the Administrator, entities to whom personal data should be made available in order to perform the legal obligation, as well as entities to whom data will be entrusted to achieve the purposes of processing.
4. Your personal data may be transferred to processors, i.e. processors of personal data on behalf of the Administrator, e.g. to entities operating our IT and ICT systems.
5. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the Contract, until the mutual claims arising out of the concluded contract expire or until the objection referred to in art. 21 section 2 and 3 GDPR.
6. You have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing.
7. You also have the right to request access to your personal data and to rectify, delete, limit processing, as well as the right to transfer data – on the principles set out in art. 16-20 GDPR.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, if you consider that the processing of your personal data by the Administrator violates the provisions on the protection of personal data.
9. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the contract and shipping Newsletter. Refusal to provide data may result in the inability to conclude and perform the Contract.
10. In the scope of processing the Recipient's data, the Service Provider is a processor. The action referred to above is based on a separate contract.
